Nicole is the Online lead strategist and founder of Nomad creativ .
I had the opportunity to interview Nicole and discuss about her experiences from years as an Executive assistance and later transitioning to an Entrepreneur in digital marketing and helping other entrepreneurs reach their full potential online and increase business growth exponentially. She has assembled a team of talented and experienced experts who also share in her passion for helping businesses succeed online by staying up to date with the latest trends and best practices in the industry and offering results driven digital marketing solutions.
1) Nicole how do you handle customer demands now as an entrepreneur? Really figuring out you prioritize clients and job tasks. Communication is key. over communicate, over ask questions to have as much clarity as possible to reduce mistakes. Time management is the key to this.
2) So, what were your key responsibilities while working as an executive assistant? Within focus on areas, she is strong in administrative side interested / depending on client requirement e.g., email aspects of the role she does bookings. Back end set up, keeping everything organized set up client relationship management. Sort and clean up.
3) How did the pandemic affect your career/ work and was it an easy transition to remote work?
In person while working as an executive assistant to a dental practice owner bring a lot of work to online space, she is most productive working on her own time. Not confined to office and she was not productive. agendas and schedules.
4) What aspect of this job do you find most challenging and most satisfying? Managing client expectations more complex as a business owner unlike working with an executive you understand their style and its easy to work. Working with individual clients you really want to manage their expectations and what you do for them and ensure upfront they know the roles they need done and a line to not cross over there are blurred lines. Organization and systems you have built out to be successful.
5)What traits or qualities do you feel are necessary for success in administration jobs? Time management
· Communication
· Make notes for referencing.
· Feel comfortable to talk to your bosses and clients.

6)How is it like working with other entrepreneurs? Everyone works differently. ask them what their struggles are, take note of everything when signing contract make sure you work within the scope. Addition fee for more time, services, and work. keep your boundaries and manage your time.
7) So how exactly do you keep up with all your clients demands and not miss deadlines? I believe in seamless client experience and so in other not forget upcoming due dates There are specific project management software to see to know when to get started and prepared.it can be Difficult to keep up, never rely on your memory put everything down, document always.
8) Nicole what is your advice to those just starting out to be Executive assistants/ Virtual Assistants? Feel confident about your profession always aim to gain more knowledge. More experience you have working with different.
